Located off the Pacific Coast Highway in Newport Coast, The Resort at Pelican Hill is perched upon 504 acres of coastal views where visitors come to admire the Italian-inspired landscape and stay for the private residential-style accommodations. At Pelican Hill, weddings exclusively take place in their Mar Vista venue which is tucked away from the restaurants and other amenities offered onsite. Mar Vista consists of the lavish Mar Vista Ballroom, La Cappella and the Event Lawn with a Palladian-inspired rotunda. It has a private entrance and separate valet staff away from the main entrance of the resort. The Rotunda at Pelican Hill is the perfect location for an intimate ceremony or a large scale picture perfect California Wedding. It is set 300 feet above the ocean on the perfectly manicured Event Lawn and is secluded from the rest of the resort. The Rotunda’s precise tapered columns and terra cotta tiles are complimented with views of the ocean and California coastline in the horizon. Making it the outdoor wedding venue that brides dream of for their Wedding Day. La Capella is an indoor wedding venue with a fireplace and wood-beam ceilings that captures dramatic views with it’s two picture windows that offer views of the Pacific Ocean. The Mar Vista patio is another spectacular space to host your Wedding Reception with the breathtaking Rotunda and Pacific Ocean in the background.
